目的 本研究建立飞龙掌血叶、茎皮和根皮HPLC指纹图谱，分析其化学成分差异，为不同药用部位应用合理性提供依据。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Agilent SB C18柱（250 mm × 4.6 mm，5 μm），波长：320 nm，体积流量：1.0 mL/min，柱温：28℃，乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度系统。通过对飞龙掌血叶、根皮、茎皮对比研究，本研究建立飞龙掌血的指纹图谱，并运用相似度评价软件对指纹图谱进行相似度对比。结果 本研究发现相同药用部位的10批之间的相似度均大于0.93，其生成的对照指纹图谱具有代表性，可用于飞龙掌血指纹图谱比较。经对比叶、根皮、茎皮分别有14、15、15个共有峰。根皮与茎皮两者化学成分相近，叶与根皮和茎皮的化学成分差异明显。结论 飞龙掌血不同药用部位的内在质量存在一定差别，此法可用于飞龙掌血药材的的真伪鉴别和质量评价。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the fingerprints for leaf, root barks and stem barks of T. asiatica. Analyze the difference in chemical composition and provide basis for the rationality of application of different medicinal parts.Methods HPLC analysis was performed on C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid as mobile phase in gradient mode at the wavelength of 320 nm, and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The temperature of column was at 35℃. The similarity was calculated by comparison on the fingerprints derived from 10 bathes of T.asiatica leaf, root barks and stem barks, Meanwhile, the similarity was compared by similarity evaluation software based on the fingerprints.Results The results show that the similarity between the 10 batches of the same medicinal Parts are greater than 0.93, and the generated control fingerprint is representative and can be used for the comparison of T.asiatica fingerprint. Comparing leaf, root barks and stem barks, there are 14, 15 and 15 common peaks respectively. The chemical composition of root bark and bark are similar, and the chemical composition of leaf and root barks, stem barks are significantly different.Conclusion There is a difference in the intrinsic quality of different medicinal parts of the T.asiatica. This method can be used for the identification and quality evaluation of T.asiatica.
