目的 针对膝骨关节炎（KOA）人群生活方式干预及中医健康管理进行问卷调查分析，形成专家共识意见。方法 运用德尔菲法，在前期文献研究及第1轮“膝骨关节炎人群生活方式干预及中医健康管理”专家问卷的基础上，结合2018年8月岭南微创关节论坛及2018年11月中华中医药学会运动医学分会专家组的专家建议，编制第2 轮专家问卷；对国内骨伤科尤其关节专科的专家进行意见征询，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 （1）受访专家的积极性与专业水平均相对较高，分布地区广泛，具有代表性。（2）问卷调查各项条目的专家意见集中程度、协调程度均相对较高；KOA人群生活方式干预及中医健康管理优选条目依次为：①减重；②外伤后及早治疗；③自我行为疗法干预；④防外邪；⑤关节功能训练；⑥改变负重力线；⑦其他：健康宣教、四季调摄、生活起居干预、膳食指导、方药及运动干预等。结论 采用医学循证结合德尔菲法能够较好的总结本领域专家对KOA人群生活方式干预及中医健康管理的意见，为后续诊治方案优化及慢病管理提供参考依据。
Objective To form expert consensus by analyzing questionnaire for subjects with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) concerning lifestyle intervention and TCM health management.Methods Based on the literature research and 1st round of expert questionnaire, we prepared 2nd round of expert questionnaire and performed expert consultation from domestic orthopedics experts, along with the panel of expert suggestion from ling-Nan Minimally Invasive Joint Forum and Sports Medicine Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine. This process was conducted using Delphi method, and taken the survey results for statistical analysis.Results (1) The positivity and professional level of the experts were identified high, along with the sample group distributed widely and representatively. (2) The degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions on each item of the questionnaire is relatively high. The optimal items of lifestyle intervention and TCM health management for KOA subjects were: ①Weight loss; ②Early treatment after knee injury; ③Self-behavior therapy intervention; ④To prevent external evil; ⑤Joint function training; ⑥Change the negative gravity line; ⑦Others, such as health education, adjustment according to four seasons, living intervention, dietary guidance, herbal prescriptions and sports intervention.Conclusion The approach that integrated evidence-based medicine with Delphi method can fully summarize the opinions of experts involving lifestyle intervention and TCM health management of KOA subjects. All these can provide references for optimization of the follow-up diagnosis and treatment and management of chronic disease.
